Kathleen Glass has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing for technology and managed services companies, in particular with a focus on those specializing in telecom, analytics, IoT, and cyber security.
Through her work, Kathleen has developed a keen understanding that in most organizations there is a critical disconnect between sales and marketing that inhibits growth. B2B sales and marketing must align to keep up with today’s mobile and social driven buying process. Kathleen’s goal is to build a better foundation between sales and marketing through process improvement, sales enablement, and automation using the right tools.
Previously, Kathleen worked with success stories such as telecom and mobility expense management leader ProfitLine (acquired by Tangoe), driver risk management leader Lytx (formerly DriveCam), analytics powerhouse HNC Software (now FICO), and Pacific Communication Sciences, an early pioneer in CDPD digital voice technology and wireless chipsets.
A graduate of University of California San Diego in Economics, Kathleen currently serves as a CONNECT Springboard Marketing Advisor, chairs the CyberTECH Startup Table Breakfast series, and is President of the San Diego Chapter of AA-ISP Inside Sales Professionals.
