When it comes to e-discovery, an additional concern is found in costs – as data sets proliferate at faster rates each year, many outsource their discovery processes, though this is providing financial challenges as well.

… “The suite should provide the user with more active control over the e-discovery process and the ability to focus on those tasks that add the most value to the organization or by focusing on tasks that acquire urgency based on changes to the litigation calendar,” James Duffy, research analyst at Blue Hill Research, told Legaltech News. An independent organization that researches business technology, Blue Hill released a research report on Version 5.0 to coincide with its release.
