Measurable Use Cases for Legal Analytics & Machine Learning: While ‘Business intelligence’ is a more than established enterprise technology, just a year ago I heard legal tech pundits scoff at legal analytics as “tinfoil hat stuff.” Today, the story has shifted. We can now articulate strong use cases in spend management, attorney transparency, TAR, and research (to name a few).  Instead of incredulity, I now hear disruption jargon or prophesies of doom.
