Blue Hill Research Mid-Market TEM Vendor Landscape, 2016

Following on the success of Blue Hill’s inaugural Global Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Vendor Landscape, both enterprise end-users and TEM vendors alike have reached out to Blue Hill seeking guidance on TEM investments in the mid-market. In this Mid-Market Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Vendor Landscape, Blue Hill seeks to identify vendors whose inventory, expense, and technical offerings are suited to mid-market enterprise telecom and mobility deployments.

This report was created based on an observed lack of recent reports that accurately listed vendors capable of supporting TEM for the enterprise mid-market. Blue Hill’s Global TEM Vendor Landscape was the first of its kind, and the first significant coverage of the key vendors within the Telecom Expense Management market since Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for TEM in 2012.

Companies making decisions based on the last Magic Quadrant or related research are extremely outdated in selecting a TEM vendor that is active in the mid-market. To ensure that the vendors profiled are actively pursuing TEM in the mid-market, Blue Hill required that vendors provide client references and new client wins from over the past 12 months to qualify for this report. As a fit for the mid-market, vendors that Blue Hill selected match at least one or more of the following characteristics:

- Managing $1-10 million in annual spend
- Supporting 1,000-10,000 devices
- Focused on a specific country or region for deals
