Choosing a Vendor for Enterprise Managed Mobility Services

A number of managed mobility and telecom expense providers exist in the marketplace, making it difficult for IT decision makers to choose a provider that best matches their specific business needs. To aid in decision-making for future investments, this report examines the experience of five firms as they navigated the solution selection process for enterprise mobility support, and ultimately selected a provider for their mobility management needs. Each subject chose Wireless Analytics LLC, a wireless management services vendor based in Danvers, Massachusetts, in the United States, as their choice to manage mobility and telecommunications services.

About James Haight

Rodriguez is currently a Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and holds a Sc.D. in information systems and a graduate of the management program GPMD-MBA at IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain. Rodriguez is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
