On September 19th, 2016, Salesforce introduced Einstein, its new artificial intelligence (AI) layer for its namesake CRM service.
Salesforce will showcase Einstein at Dreamforce 2016, with presumably cascading release availability through 2017. The technology will be deployed across the entire Salesforce Cloud line—envision a horizontal AI layer with integration into every app. For example, if you’re using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll have access to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein, and all of the extra-better predictive lead-scoring that will undoubtedly come with it.
